A confidentiality agreement ensures that your list is protected from being resold or used inappropriately. Having sub-agents allows you to retain a portion of commission that is generated through your mini network of Independent Contractors working for you. Most likely, this additional business comes from customers that you probably could not obtain yourself, so having sub-agents allows you to penetrate additional markets. Additional sub-agents are only $30.00 per month each. In addition, we provide your sub-agents with full access to our TPI-AgentRC giving your sub-agents the same tools, technology and support we provide you. Not only will you have full control of your sub-agents using our management tools, you can also designate different commission levels for each sub-agent. We may limit the Marketing support or training (seminar space, FAM’s, conference call space) to your sub-agents as our first priority is you. A $99.95 setup fee applies for registering and setting-up each sub-agent.

Optional TRAMS ClientBase Plus - As an alternative to our free Trip Builder system and TRAMS Client Base (browser version) in our TPI-AgentRC, TRAMS ClientBase Plus is available for a nominal fee. TRAMS Client Base Plus is software that you load on your PC where all of your sales and customer data resides on your PC. When you make a booking using TPI as your host, use your TRAMS Client Base Plus to transmit each of your sales transactions to TPI. Our accounting department will interface your transactions directly into our TRAMS Back Office system. Once we have interfaced your transactions, using our TPI-AgentRC Commission Manager, you can view in real-time all of your pending/received/paid commissions. You are welcome to use your existing TRAMS ClientBase Plus or click here to order directly from TRAMS.

| Join TPI (Minimum 2 years sales experience required for Pro100): |
To ensure the highest standards in our Independent Contractors and to uphold our professional reputation with our suppliers, you must undergo an approval process for joining TPI. As members of PATH (Professional Association of Travel Hosts), we are committed to a professional “code of ethics” as well as providing you a secure environment for you to sell travel. To screen and quality control all new Independent Contractors, we have a pre-acceptance process which includes a Criminal and Industry Reference check. Our Acceptance Standards are as follows:
TPI has the sole discretion to accept or decline any Independent Contractor for any reason whatsoever. As a general guideline, we do not approve Independent Contractors with any unsatisfactory industry reference check, any financial criminal background history including, but not limited to, writing worthless checks, embezzlement, credit card fraud, identity theft, or grand theft.
If you have any special circumstances that we should consider when reviewing your application, please feel free to make your comments accordingly in the space provided. The $299.95 Pre-Acceptance and Setup Fee consists of a $50.00 Pre-Acceptance Fee and a $249.95 Setup Fee (total $299.95). Both fees are non-refundable. The $50.00 Pre-Acceptance Fee includes the Criminal, and Industry Reference Check while the $249.95 Setup Fee includes the actual process of being setup within TPI’s systems. Once you have completed and submitted the online Agreement below, TPI will immediately charge your credit card $50.00. If you are accepted according to our Acceptance Standards (see above), TPI will immediately charge the remaining $249.95 Setup Fee to your credit card and proceed to fully setup and issue a welcome/instructions letter within 2 business days of you submitting the online Agreement as long as we are in receipt of all required security items (copy of your drivers license, passport or resident alien card, copy of a voided bank check, Credit Card Authorization Form, IRS W-9 form, and proof of industry experience). If you are denied, TPI will email you a denial letter within 2 business days. If denied, the Agreement and all submitted items will be deleted from our systems and shredded.
