Enrollment with the Engagement program requires that you submit a minimum of 150 valid names and addresses. The Enrollment fee is only $35.00 and includes 150 free customer prospect names and addresses to help jump-start your marketing. Compared with the cost of designing, printing and mailing these quality pieces, you will save more than 50% than doing it yourself. Having sub-agents allows you to retain a portion of commission that is generated through your network of Independent Contractors working for you. Additional sub-agents are only $10.00 per month each. In addition, we provide your sub-agents with full access to our TPI-AgentRC giving your sub-agents the same tools, technology and support we provide you. Not only will you have full control of your sub-agents using our management tools, you can also designate different commission levels for each sub-agent. We may limit the Marketing support or training (seminar space, FAM’s, conference call space) to your sub-agents as our first priority is you. A $99.95 setup fee applies for registering and setting-up each sub-agent.

TRAMS ClientBase Plus (optional) - As an alternative to our free Trip Builder system and TRAMS Client Base (browser version), TRAMS CB+ is available for a nominal fee. TRAMS CB+ is software that you load on your PC where all of your sales and customer data resides on your PC. When you make a booking using TPI as your host, use your TRAMS CB+ to transmit each of your sales transactions to TPI. Our accounting department will interface your transactions directly into our TRAMS Back Office system. Once we have interfaced your transactions, using our TPI-AgentRC Commission Manager, you can view in real-time all of your pending/received/paid commissions. You are welcome to use your existing TRAMS ClientBase Plus or click here to order directly from TRAMS.

To ensure the highest standards in our Independent Contractors and to uphold our professional reputation with our suppliers and associations, you must undergo an approval process for joining TPI. TPI has the sole discretion to accept or decline any Independent Contractor for any reason whatsoever. As a general guideline, we do not approve Independent Contractors with any unsatisfactory industry reference check, any financial criminal background history including, but not limited to, writing worthless checks, embezzlement, credit card fraud, identity theft, or grand theft. If you have any special circumstances that we should consider when reviewing your application, please feel free to make your comments accordingly in the space provided. If you are accepted, TPI will proceed to fully setup and issue a welcome/instructions letter within 3 business days of you submitting the online Agreement as long as we are in receipt of all required security items (copy of your driver's license, passport or resident alien card, copy of a voided bank check, Credit Card Authorization Form, IRS W-9 form, and proof of industry experience). If you are denied, TPI will email you a denial letter within 2 business days. If denied, the Agreement and all submitted items will be deleted from our systems and shredded.*

Once your sales (or commission) volume is confirmed by our customer service department, the proper setup fee will be charged (if applicable). You must submit the online agreement by 12 midnight on the last day of the month. All offers applicable to new agents with TPI (not applicable for existing TPI agents). At time of sign-up, TPI must receive a valid credit card. In order to validate your credit card, TPI submits an authorization to your credit card company (or bank if a debit card) in the amount of setup fee. This is simply an authorization amount. It is not an actual charge to your account. The hold should be released within 3-7 days. Though the amount of the authorization will be removed from your card, it may temporarily reduce the account's available credit.
**Any falsification of sales or commission reports whereby you have received a discount on our setup fee and/or free months of service, TPI reserves the right to terminate the agreement and seek the collection of the sum of the discounts given. The agreement would be terminated per paragraph 28.
