  • Obtain complete content from more than 400 global airlines. Use advanced shopping and pricing tools that make it easy to find the best fares. See more than 80,000 hotel properties, more than any other GDS.
  • Not a Sabre agent? Not a problem. You can register and book commissionable vacation packages, whether you are home-based or not, use a GDS, or just book online.
  • Speedy with formats or prefer more user-friendly point and click selections? Use either method to work with fares, Passenger Name Records (PNRs), queues, cars, hotels, calendars, pre-reserved seats, or quickly add Other Service Information (OSI), Special Service Request (SSR), meals, special assistance, and frequent flyer miles.
  • Seize cross-sell opportunities generated by the transactions you make. For example, our “yellow box feature” alerts you to better deals (e.g., higher commissions, lower prices) than the one you’re booking. Link directly from the MySabre screen to snag the better deals.
  • Quickly access Agency eServices, travel alert messages, currency converter, destination details, Format FinderSM online help system, graphical Sabre® PromoSpotsSM, hotel maps and photos, weather, and more.
  • Issue and modify tickets through MySabre’s graphical ticketing feature.
  • Use Graphical Seat Maps, an enhanced view of airline seats labeled and color-coded to display not only availability but also your customer’s previous seating preferences. Just click on a specific seat within the map or input the seat number, and it’s automatically invoked through the regular seat map entry (4G).

Monthly Fee: $20.00 per month per system/terminal/license access.

GDS Access Application - $100.00 (one-time non-refundable) application fee for requesting access to the GDS.  Individual setup fees apply for each system/terminal/license access requested.

Setup/Activation Fee - $49.95 (one-time non-refundable) fee per system/terminal/license.

Ticketing:  Initially, all PNR's must be queued to TPI for ticketing. After you meet our qualifications, we will allow you to do your own ticketing.  See TPI's Fee Schedule (above left column) for all related ticketing fees including issue, exchange, refund, void, etc.

Email Itineraries:  Email itineraries directly to your client free of charge.

Website Displaying Itineraries: VirtuallyThere.com gives your customers a personalized, secure travel assistance website that provides immediate access to trip itinerary information, real-time flight updates, and personalized destination-based information.

Sabre Technical Support: Toll-free call to GDS.

Sabre Help Desk: Toll call to GDS.  Toll-free to TPI (fees may apply).

Accounting/Interfacing: Fully compatible with TRAMS back-office accounting software used by TPI.  Certain accounting lines must be entered into a PNR.  You will be provided with all the necessary accounting formats.  All PNR’s once ticketed automatically display in your TPI-AgentRC system.
